Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect, and why?

When you enter the TOP CONTEST we collect your full name, company, job title, work email and, optionally, your phone number. We use them to:

• Run the draw — assign your participation number, send you the confirmation email and contact you privately if you win. Legal basis: performance of the contest terms you accept when entering.
• Send you commercial communications from TOP GSE and Serpista — only if you ticked the optional box. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting your participation in the draw.

Will my name be published?

No. The result is announced using your 4-digit participation number only. Your name is never published, and the winner is contacted privately by email.

Who do we share it with?

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties, beyond the service providers needed to operate the contest (hosting and email delivery), who act as processors on our instructions. Serpista accesses the data only of participants who opted in to commercial communications, as joint promoter of the campaign.

How long do we keep it?

Contest data is kept only for as long as necessary to administer the draw and to comply with the legal obligations arising from it. If you consented to commercial communications, your contact details are kept until you withdraw that consent.

What are your rights?

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to sales@topgse.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority — for the Organizer, the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
